I have a series of Yes or No questions. and want them to stand out only if they answer Yes to any of the 4 questions outlined.

Do you want to show the next question only if they have answered "Yes" in the previous question?
I see there are few yes/no questions in this form:

want a way for those forms to to stand out in an email or to go to a
different email.

Hi,
You can add a condition that depends on those 4 answers and have it send a notification to a different Email address.
You should set the condition to use a notification different than the regular one for you to be able to customize it in the way that you prefer.
