Form AI Agent: Not submitting with a submit prompt

    I am using a form in AI Agent and it repeatedly asks to "Would you like to submit your answers" after I click the blue Submit button at: https://agent.jotform.com/019567a836b77245a69be382d96299f37d55

    In order to thoroughly troubleshoot the issue you're experiencing, our team would like to clone your AI agent along with its associated knowledge base. By replicating your environment, we can more accurately diagnose the problem and work on a tailored solution. Rest assured that all data will be handled securely and used solely for troubleshooting purposes in line with our strict privacy and security policies. Once the issue is resolved, the cloned AI agent and all associated data will be deleted.

    Hi Tanya, 

    Can we access your account so we can check the AI agent? I’ll just need access to your account to do that. Don't worry, you can disable that again after we're done checking things out. Let me show you how to do it:

    1. In the upper-right corner of your My Forms page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image icon.

    2. In the small window that opens, click on Settings.

    3. In the panel on the left, click on the Security tab.

    4. Then, on the bottom-right side of the page, toggle Jotform Support Access to the On position.

    Hi Tanya,

    I cloned your AI Agent, but I can't replicate the issue. I received a thank you response from the agent after the Review & Submit. Check this out:

    I understand you already enabled the Support Access in your account, but would you allow us make a test submission directly through your agent as well, so we can further inspect the issue?

    Additionally, while waiting for your approval, could you also make a test submission in your agent using a different browser to see if it'll make any difference?

    Sure, feel free to use the original AI agent

    I do not want it to “review first and then submit”. Just want the user to answer the questions and click submit, then Agent to ask how they can be helpful and answer their questions.

    Hi Tanya,

    I can see that the Review and submit option is not more showing up and only the submit button is shared with the user, however I can see that the submit button is being repeated:

    I created a ticket about it and escalated this to our Developer team. As soon as we have an update, we’ll let you know.
