I currently have a form on my Wordpress site and have 2 issues:
1) The forms I have listed under "Become A New Client" are not supposed to be public.
I want a client to be able to fill them out after they speak to me, not just anyone visiting my web page. Does that need to be password protected or would some other way be better?
2) These same forms are in a margin restriction on the website. Is it possible to make them full page? The mobile version looks especially cramped.
I have attached where the forms are on the website and you will see the "Become A New Client" Button on the home screen that leads to this form. www.tailsaroundtown.com is the main site.
Any help is appreciated! Thanks!

Hi Kelly!
- 1) The forms I have listed under "Become A New Client" are not supposed to be public.
You can either set a password for this form or you can set this form to 'private' mode and only allow invited people to view and submit your form (restrict form access by email address).
If you invite users to fill out your form, then an email would be sent to them with an invitation link. They'll need to create a JotForm account with the same email address; then by clicking the "Assigned Forms" menu item, they'll be able to access your form and then fill it. Following is how you set your form as Private ans then invite users to fill it:

I believe that you're referring to this page: https://www.tailsaroundtown.com/new-client/
Yes, this is possible. But as this is embedded on your website, you'll need to get in touch with a Wordpress Developer to implement that for you.
I hope this information helps. If there is anything else that we can assist you with, please let us know.
Thank you!

One other thing I forgot to mention. When I clicked on your branding that
states "create your own Jotform," the link led me back to the forms on my
account. Is this supposed to happen or was it just because it's my form
but a viewer would not get this?
Just wondering. I thought it was a little strange.
Thanks,
Kelly
