Unable to print full submission in Jotform Tables

    Hi good afternoon,

    I recently created a free account for a trial.

    I have created a declaration form, i shared it and received the submission back, i am having dfficulty printing the completed submisssion, only the first half of the page IS available to print.

    Hi Frank,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. To clarify, are you referring to the Paragraph field on your form that is not included when printing the submission? If so, Jotform Tables doesn't include Paragraph fields by default when printing. However, you can include them by printing from Jotform Inbox instead. Let me show you how:

    1. In Jotform Tables, click on the Downward Arrow icon at the top-left side of the page and select Inbox.

    2. In Jotform Inbox, click on the Three Dots icon on the left side of the page in the Inbox tab.

    3. Then, in the dropdown menu, click on Inbox Settings.

    4. In the menu that opens on the right side of the page, Go to the Fields tab and check the box beside Show headers and text.

    5. Then, click on the Three Dots icon on the right side of the page beside Comment.

    6. In the dropdown menu, click on Print. That's it.
