Also, I need to have the all the information submitted in the update field, but it apeers very disorganized. How Can I organize all that info?

Hi Luis,
Thanks for using Jotform. Can you explain a bit more about the issue, so I can get a better idea of what's happening? Also, for your second question, Can you share with us a screen recording of what’s happening so we can try to replicate it on our end? You can share the video recording on any public sharing platform like Google Drive or Dropbox, or you can simply use Loom to record the video and share the video link with us.
Once we hear back from them, we'll be able to move forward with this.
In the meantime, let us know if you need any other help.

When my customer upload a form created in Jotform I have an automation that create the item in Monday. All these requests always come with a file. I want that file to be upload it to my Monday in the tab that is called Files.
Also for the second question, look how all the items in the automation is coming to my update like one or two lines, with no much information easy to read. How can I tell the automation to create spaces between the lines, etc

Hi Luis,
I am not entirely sure what you mean by tab, but you can add a link to the uploaded files to a Monday by creating a text column and mapping the File Upload element to it. Here's how to do it:
1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
2. Click on Integrations on the left side of the screen.
3. Click on monday.com.
4. Hover your cursor over the Action and click on the Pencil icon.
5. Click on Add Field.
6. Map the Text column on your Monday.com to your File Upload element in Jotform.
7. Click on Save.

To avoid confusion, I have moved your other question to this thread.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
