My published form will not move forward once data has been entered. What is causing this to happen? And the progression bar is showing an error message.

Hi Lori,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, and I ran into the same issue. When I looked at your form, I saw that the condition wasn't configured correctly. Let me show you how to fix it:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
- Click on Conditions on the left side of the screen.
- Hover over the condition and click on the gear icon on the right side.
- Finally, click on Delete or Disable if you don't need the condition
If you need the condition, make sure to specify if you want to skip or hide page 2:
As for the Progress Bar widget, you have it on every page you form. You only need one. So delete all the other widgets. Click on the widget and click on the wand icon to delete:
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
