I have deleted all my form submissions, cleared my cache, and nothing is working. We have not used anywhere near our allocated amount of form submissions with the free version of Jotform, yet we are unable to use it. Please advise on how to continue using Jotform as advertised.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. It seems that you've reached your Upload Storage limit. Keep in mind that deleted submissions will be sent to the Trash. You'll have to purge your trash to free up the storage. Let me show you how:
- In the Submissions table, click the three-dot icon beside the tab name.
- Go to Trashed Entries.
- Click on Select All.
- Then click on Delete Forever.
