HIPAA Migration is Stuck

    Hello, every time I try to migrate this form to HIPAA, nothing happens. I upload my encryption key and then it tells me that "there's already a pending task", but it's been stuck here for several days.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Can you try clearing your browser's cache and cookies, and see how it goes? If it's still stuck as pending, can you take a screenshot of your browser's Console Log, and share it with us?
