Absolute Rentals Contact form: https://form.jotform.com/221947260295056
The form appears to work as expected - I submitted a test and it landed in the inbox. But the client claims they have not received any submissions since February 5th.
Did anything change on or after Feb. 5th?

Hi Richard,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked the email addresses you provided and all of them were added in our bounce list. Here are the reasons:
For DougLepp@AOL.com and absolute_rentals@yahoo.com:

For sales@absoluterentals.events, operations@absoluterentals.events, admin@absoluterentals.events, and marketing@absoluterentals.events:

The bounce list is a list to which an email address is added when an email can't be delivered. It could be due to a non-existent/inactive email address, your mail server being unavailable, your email server has rejected the emails due to suspected spam, your mailbox is full or Jotform is on your blacklist. I've successfully removed the email addresses mentioned above from the bounce list. You can contact your email service provider and request whitelisting Jotform IP Addresses and Domains in their web/email host and add noreply@jotform.com and noreply@formresponse.com to your contact list to prevent this from happening again. We also have a guide on How to Prevent Email Bouncing Related Issues that you can check out.
Let us know if there’s anything else we can help you with.
