Unable to change sender email on my notification email

    I can't change the sender email name in a notification. I was able to change all of the others but this one shows me a drop down list of all of the elements in the form that I have to choose from.

    Hi Sara,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Are you referring to changing the sender's email? Based on your screenshot, it seems that you're changing the sender name from the notification email instead of the sender email. The sender's name is the front information that will appear in the notification email you received.

    This is the reason you were given the option to select your form fields. But if you're referring to changing Jotform's default sender email, you'll need to set up SMTP to your account and set it up as a sender email to your Notification and Autoresponder email.
