Dropbox Integration: How to send uploaded pictures to Dropbox individually?

We are currently using JotForm for our solar representatives to capture site survey photos. However, the images are being generated as a PDF, and when we zoom in, they become blurry or pixelated. As a result, we often need to conduct additional site visits that could have been avoided if the images were clear.

Would it be possible to configure JotForm so that the photos are uploaded directly to our Dropbox account as individual image files rather than being embedded in a PDF? This would allow us to view them with better clarity and reduce the need for repeat site surveys.

Thanks for reaching out to us for help. I checked your account, but I wasn't able to find a form that's integrated with Dropbox. If you're referring to this form 240095662887064, then yes, it is possible to send pictures taken from the Take Photo widget to Dropbox without it being in the PDF. It's really easy to do. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, click on Settings in the orange navigation bar at the top of your screen.
2. Next, in the Integrations tab of the panel on the left, click on the Dropbox integration.
3. Now, hover your mouse over the Action and then click on the Edit icon.
4. Next, navigate to the Send uploaded fields to Dropbox field and select the Take Photo widgets you want to add to Dropbox from the Dropdown Menu.
5. Finally, click on Save at the bottom of your screen.

That's it. Now the pictures taken will be sent to Dropbox separately in the format it's been taken. Check out the screenshot below to see my results:
