How can I change how my form looks in email (ie body of the email)

    To whom it may concern,

I was able to find how to edit and change the view/appearance of the pdf of my form, however I cannot find how to have that view also be my email view. When I search all the AI does is send me articles about changing my email notifications, changing email, etc, etc, nothing about how the form looks when it is the body of the email itself.

To be more specific I would prefer if the form was in the body of the email without the color blocks and lists with multiple selections were separated by commas not the color blocks. I was able to change this in the pdf view and thought that would carry over to how it looks in the body of the email, but unfortunately that is not the case :( I copy and paste from the forms and in the email is the easiest way (vs from the pdf) and the color blocks make this difficult (I also find them distracting and too busy).

The screenshot shows the list view separated by a comma (on the left) which is my preference, and the way it shows color blocks in the email body on the right. I want my email body to look like my pdf view.

    Thanks!
    Cassie
