Why am I getting form not found when i enable the form?

    i'm getting form not found when i enable it. Please help

    That's weird, I checked the status of the form and it's already enabled.

    Can you please check if the form is in your MY FORMS page, not in the Archive folder?

    Also, please try to disable and enable the form again and let us know how it goes.

    Hello Jeff - Your account enables the HIPAA compliance feature which is why we can't check your account. Can you please to enable/disable the form in the MY FORMS page?
