Request to enable push notification

    I am having the same issue as Basri below. Is there a fix for this yet?? I am unable to view the answers to his post?

    I am setting up push notifications and the messages are being received, but when you click on them, the application/app opens, but the message itself is not there. It is not displayed. What am I doing wrong?

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. To clarify, are you referring to enabling Push Notification on your account? It seems you created this thread as a guest, you can login to your Jotform account and send the request. Once logged in you will be able to send a request to Enable push notification on your account here.

    Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.
