Hi
Can I add a signature to the configurable list?
Is there syntax I could copy to add signature box on each row?

Hi Paula,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, it's not possible to add a signature sub field in the configurable list widget yet. While the feature you're looking for isn't available at Jotform right now, we've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers. Exactly when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
In the meantime, you may consider using basic fields such as the Signature field and Single Choice field, then show them conditionally to show more set of questions as needed. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, click on the Add Element button on the left, and select the field types for your questions, including the Signature field to add them to your form. In my example, I'll be using the Full name field, Signature and Single Choice option.
- Next, set one of your Single Choice field's options to Yes. We'll use this to allow the user to add more set of questions.
- Select your set of questions, and use the Duplicate button on the orange navigational bar at the top, select where to place them, and click on the green Duplicate button to duplicate them.
Now, we can create a condition that shows the succeeding set of questions if the answer to the Single Choice field is Yes. Let's do it:
- In Form Builder, click on the Settings tab on the orange navigational bar at the top and click Conditions on the left side pane.
- Next, select the Show/Hide Field condition.
- Create similar conditions below, and click Save.
We also have a guide on How to Hide or Show Multiple Fields Conditionally that you can check out.
Thanks for your patience and understanding, we appreciate it.
