When will submission be Auto-deleted?

    May I know if auto delete setting counts from submission date or last edited date? For example, someone fills out the form on 1/1/2025, and edits it on 10/1/2025. If the auto-delete setting is 30 days, when will the submission be deleted?

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Auto-deletion will be based on the Submission Date. If you receive a submission on January 1st, 2025, it will be auto-deleted 30 days later which will be stored in the Trashed entries. It can still occupy your account's storage space so you can delete them manually or wait for them to be automatically removed after 30 days.
