dear support
I'm trying to delete the widget responsible for the message;
“widgets.jotform.io” would like to use your current location.
Many of my veteran patients would balk at having to choose whether or not to disclose their whereabouts. I did test a few of these and cant recall which one. I searched for 'location' and reviewed all of the widgets and pressed cancel from the 'i' page for each. In form builder I cant see a way to show hidden fields.
Following is the link to my form;

thanks in advance!

Hi Paul,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your form and found the Geo Stamp widget is in your form, which is the one that makes a browser pop up the location question whenever someone uses your form. Check out the screenshot below:
It looks hidden from Smart PDF Forms (or Form Builder) because it doesn't have a Field Label or name on it. But technically, it is visible. Note though that when your form is being accessed by users to be filled out, the said widget will be hidden by default. Since it's used to check the precise location of a user, It doesn't need to be filled out. If you need to delete it, it's easy to do. Let me show you how:
- In Smart PDF Forms, go to the bottom of your form and just above the Submit button, click on the space to show the Geo Stamp widget.
- Click on the Trash Can icon below it to delete.
I also found another field that looks hidden because it doesn't have a Field Label or text in it, which is a Paragraph Field. If you also want to delete it, simply follow the steps above to do so. Check out the screenshot below:
Give it a try and let us know if you have any other questions.
