    Hello Sharie,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. The reason you can't clone someone's form is due to a restriction implemented on the form that prevents it from being cloned. If this is your own form on another Jotform account, you can disable this option on both the form builder and the account settings page. Let me show you how:

    1. Disable the Prevent Cloning option in Form Builder.

    a. In Form Builder, click on Settings on the orange bar on top.

    b. Then, click on Show More Options.

    c. Next, scroll down to the Prevent Cloning feature, and set it to No. That's it.

I am not able to import from a webpage.

    2. Disable the Prevent Cloning option in the Account Settings Page.

    a. Click your Avatar/Profile picture on the right side of the screen.

    b. In the dropdown, click on Settings, or click on this link to go directly to your Settings page.

    c. Now, go to the Security tab and uncheck the box next to Do not allow my forms to be cloned by other users under the Privacy section.

I am not able to import from a webpage.

Give it a try and reach out again if you have any other questions.
