Credit card payments and uploading multiple address details

    Good afternoon.

I have two questions regarding a form we are building that will require a School to purchase items online and upload multiple address details for the recipients via the file upload function.

1 - Is it possible to accept card payments via a form and are there any restrictions?

2- Are there any sensitive data issues with a School uploading multiple addresses via the file upload function

    Thanks

    James

    Hello James,

    Question #1:

Yes, you can accept card payments through our forms. You only need to choose your preferred gateway from our list of payment integrations and set it up in the form. There is no restriction in terms of the feature. However, there is a limit in terms of the payment submissions you can receive as a free plan.

The free plan is limited to 10 payments only. If you want to increase this, you will have to upgrade the account to Bronze or Silver. Bronze allows you to receive up to 100 payments a month.

Guide to understanding your account limits: https://www.jotform.com/help/408-Understanding-Your-Account-Usage-and-Limits.

    Question #2:

There should be no issue with collecting multiple addresses. If you are not sure about it, I suggest consulting an expert to make sure you are not violating any laws in your area. Yes, you can do this through the file upload field.

I hope that helps. Please contact us again if we can help in any way.

    Hi Welvin.

We have a Gold account so presume payments are unlimited?

OK, so uploading multiple address in an Excel sheet is not like ID's which Jotform do not allow to be collected via the form?

Yes, the Gold plan is based on the total submissions limit. It has no specific limit for payments.

Yes, you can do that through an excel sheet, but see to it that only the address, and no other sensitive information. Otherwise, it will be flagged.
