a3bsHi,
I am trying to figure out how to set up conditional logic on Page 2 of this Digital Order Form (https://www.jotform.com/build/243105700148042). Where the customer will select which product they are building out based off the image picker and it will route them to the appropriate page in the digital order form. However I'm not seeing how I can route it based off the image selection. Can you please help?

Thank you!

Jotform Support Former Jotform SupportHi Nicole,
Jotform's Conditions feature lets you show questions based on the answers that people gave. Let me show you how to set it up:
1. On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over your form and click on Edit Form.
2. In Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element menu and drag-drop the fields you want to use as follow-up questions (I used Short Text fields in this example).
3. Click on the Type a Question text and change it to the question you want to use.
4. Now, right-click on the fields, and in the menu that opens, click on Hide.
Now, let's set up the conditions:
1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
2. Click on Conditions on the left of the page.
3. Now, click on Add a New Condition and then click on Show/Hide Field.

4. Set the conditions like you see below:

Set up Conditions for all of the choices for your question. Check out the screencast below to see how your form will work after setting up the Conditions:
In your case, you need to hide every field for each mannequin type and set conditions like shown above. If this is not exactly what you are looking for, can you tell us what you want to achieve with your form?
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

a3bsHi,
So specifically I am referring to page 3 on my digital order form. It is a single select field where they will select their manikin type. Based upon their selection, I need the conditional logic to route it to different pages, based off their selection, when they click next. I don’t see a select page option under the conditional logic options using the flow you gave me:

Lorenz JotForm SupportHi Nicole,
I'll need a bit of time to look into your form, and I'll be back with an update.
Thanks for your patience and understanding, we appreciate it.

Lorenz JotForm SupportHi Nicole,
If you want it to jump to a different page of the form, based on the selected answer, then you can use the Skip To/Hide a Page condition instead. Let me walk you through on how to set it up:
1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Conditions.
3. Under the New Condition section, select Skip To/Hide a Page from the list of condition type.
4. Then, set up the condition similar to something like below:

You just need to change the target value/option, and the page where it should redirect the user. You can also follow this guide on How to Skip Pages using Conditional Logic.
Give it a try and let us know if you need any more help.

a3bsHi,
Me again! I am trying to get this form finished today for testing and I have some more urgent questions:
https://www.jotform.com/build/243105700148042
1. On page 15, I was given the attached CSS code to hide the prices but the prices are still showing when I test the form (see attached screenshot).
2. How can I do conditional routing for the “Next” button to skip to the appropriate page? I am only seeing options for Skip to/hide a page that are related to a form question (see attached). For example- when they click next for page 4, it needs to route to page 12 and then from page 12 when they click next, it needs to route to page 21, etc.3. On page 20- is there an option or CSS that you can provide to hide the “unlimited” green text? It’s not applicable for what I am using this widget for (see attached).Thank you for your help!

Ronald JotForm SupportHi Nicole,
Unfortunately, I couldn't see the screenshot you shared on my end. Can you try to send it again? Let me show you how to post a screenshot to our Support Forum:
1. On the Support Forum page, scroll down to the Your Answer section and click on the Image icon.
2. Drag and drop your image into the Upload box, or click on it and select your file.
3. Then, click on the Add button in the bottom-right corner of the window.
4. To resize it, click on your screenshot and then click on one of the boxes in the corners, and drag it inward.
5. Once you're finished, click on the Post Answer button at the bottom right of the Your Answer section.
To avoid confusion, I moved your first and second questions to a new thread and helped you with that:
That's it. Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

Ronald JotForm SupportHi Nicole,
Unfortunately, the images have still not been posted. We would need the image to better understand the condition you are referring to. You can try to upload it on any public sharing platform like Google Drive or Dropbox and share the link with us.
Meanwhile, if you're referring to redirecting to a specific page by simply clicking the Next button, this is not possible. A condition must first be applied to one of your fields before you can redirect to a certain page, as it is not possible to apply a condition triggered solely by clicking the Next button. You can check Lorenz's instructions on how to apply a Skip To/Hide a Page condition.
Keep us updated and let us know if you need any more help.

a3bsHello,
Below was my question and attached is the screenshot.
How can I do conditional routing for the “Next” button to skip to the appropriate page? I am only seeing options for Skip to/hide a page that are related to a form question (see attached). For example- when they click next for page 4, it needs to route to page 12 and then from page 12 when they click next, it needs to route to page 21, etc.
Are you telling me there’s no option, except for the form to go in exact page order when they click next? There’s no way to route a form’s next button any other way (including by page break or divider)? This is very unfortunate, especially in my case as it does not make sense for the form to go in numerical order by page since it’s product related.

Ronald JotForm SupportHi Nicole,
You would need a field from Page 4 that you can use to trigger the condition to skip to Page 12. For example, you can use the Eye Type question and when open is selected, it will redirect to Page 12. See the screenshot below:
Doing this makes clicking the Next button redirect to Page 12. A workaround you can use is to add a new question on Page 4 and Page 12 with only one value that is pre-selected, so the condition will be triggered automatically. It is very easy to do. Let me show you how:
1. In Form Builder, add a Single choice field on Page 4 and add only one option.
2. Select the Single Choice Field and click the Gear Icon.
3. Under the Advanced tab, select an option in the Selected by Default dropdown.
4. In the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
5. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Conditions.
6. Select Skip To/Hide a Page condition.
7. Add a condition that uses the Single Choice Field to Skip to Page 12.
That's it and you're done. The same solution can be applied to a question on Page 12 to skip to Page 21 and other pages.
Let us know if you need any other help.
