    Hi Stephanie,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Yes, you can do that, but you need to have the download permission given directly in the Tables. It’s very easy to do, let me show you how:

    1. In Tables, click on Share that’s on the right side of the page.

    2. Click on the Share Settings button.

    3. Scroll down until you see the Show download button option and tick the checkbox. That’s it.

    After that, you can download all data using the Download All button:
