Salesforce Integration

I'm trying to integrate a form to create/update an account, contact and opportunity. Trying to follow: 1. Create/Update Account, 2. Create/Update Contact... however the "Account ID" field that I see in the tutorial above, does not appear in my options. I've also tried this with 1. Find Existing Record, 2. Create Contact. Either way, it doesn't appear to be there. Help!

    Hi Lindsey,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If you can take a screenshot of what’s happening, that'll help us to understand better what’s going on. Let me show you how to post a screenshot to our Support Forum:

    1. On the Support Forum page, scroll down to the Your Answer section and click on the Image icon.

    2. Drag and drop your image into the Upload box, or click on it and select your file.

    3. Then, click on the Add button in the bottom-right corner of the window.

    4. To resize it, click on your screenshot and then click on one of the boxes in the corners, and drag it inward.

    5. Once you're finished, click on the Post Answer button at the bottom right of the Your Answer section.

Thanks Ericson, Here's the screenshot. As you can see, I've search "ID" in the object field in Step 2. Create Contact and "Account ID" isn't there.

    Hi Lindsey,

Can you send us the affected form URL so we can check it? Let me show you where to find this.

    1. In Form Builder, click on Publish on the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
    2. Select Quick Share from the left side window.
    3. Under Share With Link on the right, click on the Copy Link button and share it on this thread.Approvals: Were getting an Error on the approval status Image 1 Screenshot 20 Screenshot 10

After we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with this.

    Thanks Lorevie,

Here's a link to the form. It's actually under my organization's account rather than my own (that I'm logged in as right now).

    Hi Lindsey,

I checked your integration, and it seems that you have set up an option to find an existing record. To resolve this, make sure to set up the Create New Record action as your first action. Then, create the Find Existing Record action as your second action. This should make the Account ID field available for mapping. See, How to Integrate Jotform With Salesforce for more information.

Reach out again if you have any other questions.
