Hi Denis,

The Starter (Free) Plan does not require any purchase as it is completely free to use. You can use the same email address associated with your Guest account to create a free account. To set up a new account, simply visit this link. Once registered, your account will automatically be set to the Free plan, allowing you to access its features without any cost.

Additionally, the Push Notification feature in JotForm's no-code apps is currently in the beta stage and has not been rolled out to all users yet. Once you have set up your Starter Plan and created your first form, feel free to reach out to us so we can check if the feature can be activated for your account.
