Hi there,
I have workflow where I was hoping to export the link to the second form to a google sheet instead of needing to access it through email. Is that possible?
Thanks

Hi Operations_Administrative,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Can you send me the link to your form so I can take a look at it for you? Meanwhile, if your users are answering the 2nd form you can Redirect them After Submission. This way, once someone finishes the 2nd form, they'll be automatically directed to the Google Sheet link. Let me show you how to set that up:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
- In the menu that opens on the left side of the page, click on Thank You Page.
- Now, select Redirect to External Link and paste the URL of the Google Sheet link.
Check out this screencast to see how it'll work:

The second form would be completed by someone else so the redirect function unfortunately doesn't work in this scenario
Here's the link

Here's the workflow
https://www.jotform.com/workflow/243154969927270/build
The client would complete the first form, then the second form in the workflow would be completed by me at a later date with some prepopulated information in it. Instead of having to track through my email I would like the link to the second form in the workflow to populate in a google sheet so I don't have to rely on searching my email.
I know once someone submits an edit url for the form can generate in google sheets integration
but what I would like is to be able to access the second form in the flow without going into my email.
Please let me know if this is possible

Hi Operations_Administrative,
Are you referring to adding the redirect link to the View Button on the Email to the Google Sheet integration?
Unfortunately, this is not possible. A workaround you can do to monitor the submission without browsing you're email inbox is to use the Inbox of the first Form. It is very easy to use. Let me show you how:
1. In MyForms Page, select the first form and click Inbox.
2. In Inbox, select the submission, click the Three Vertical dot, and select View Assigned Form.
Doing this will open the second form with the pre-populated data and allow you to complete it. See the screenshot below:

Thank you for your help, but unfortunately this isn't what I was looking for. I'll try to figure out something else.
