I followed the procedure on deleting and purging to freeing up some of my upload space but it’s still telling me that i’ve reached my limit of space

Hi Markeeno,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked and see that the upload space is occupied by your Talent Information form . I see that the submissions from there have multiple file attachments, which is causing the issue. I would suggest deleting more submissions from the said form.
After purging them, please clear your form caches and log out and log in from your account. Although caches aren't cleared automatically, it's easy to do it manually. Let me show you how:
- On your My Forms page, hover your mouse on your Profile Avatar icon.
- In the window that opens, click on Settings.
3. In the Settings menu, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on Clear Cache.
