Hi applicationsupport,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. The sub user function has already been depreciated for non-enterprise accounts. If your sharing your access to your form builder through form collaboration, these collaboration links expires after 72 hours automatically. For sharing your tables, access must be revoked manually through the Share prompt. Check out our guide on How to Share Your Submission Tables with Jotform Tables and Collaborate.
If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more so I can help you better?
Reach out again if you need any help.

Hi applicationsupport,
Are you referring to the Sub Form Home Loan : form? If so, it's possible to hide the Submit button if a specific email is entered on your email field. Let me show you an example on how to do that:
- In Form Builder, click on Settings on the orange navigational bar at the top.
- Next, click on Conditions on the left side pane.
- Then, select Show/Hide field condition.
- Create a similar condition below and that's it.
Here's how it would work:
If you're trying to prevent duplicate submissions from the same email address, consider checking out the Unique Field feature. We also have a guide on How to Show or Hide Fields Conditionally that you can check out. If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more so I can help you better?
