Can I make one coupon that will apply to multiple forms? So far I am having to recreate the same coupon in each form separately.

Hello Amy,
Thank you for contacting Jotform Support. Unfortunately, it’s not possible to create a common discount code that can be used across multiple forms. This is due to each form being linked to its own individual payment method. While the feature you’re looking for isn’t currently available at Jotform right now, we've gone ahead and escalated your request to our Developers. Exactly when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.

Can I do it by copying a field from one form to another?

Hi Amy,
Yes, you can clone your Product List field with the Coupon code on other forms. But make sure that the target form doesn't have a Product List already added on it. You can use the Field Manager integration to easily clone fields from one form to another in Jotform. Let me walk you through it:
1. Login to your Jotform account and go to the Field Manager page.
2. Click on Manage Fields and in the window that opens, click on Allow.
3. Next, click on Open a Form to Begin, select the form whose fields you want to clone, and then click on Continue at the bottom-right of the window.
4. Then, click on Open a Second Form to Clone Fields and select the target form where the fields will be cloned and click on Continue.
5. Next, select the fields you want to clone from the first form, and click on the Blue Arrow to clone the fields to the second form.
