Hi there,
I am on the Starter Plan and have only 1 form with 11 out of 100 submissions and I am getting the message error that my form has reached its quota. Can you please help me with this?!

Hi LWC Craft Fair,
Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. The account is currently within the limits, so can disregard the email received. When you hit a monthly limit, you can either wait for the counter to reset on the first day of the limit reset period, or upgrade your account to increase your limits. Each account has its own reset date for the monthly account limits. Some account resets on the day the account was created. You can view the start date of your next limit reset period under the Usage tab of your Account page. Let me show you how:
1. Hover your mouse over your avatar/profile on the top-right of the page.
2. Click Settings.
3. Go to the Usage tab on the left-hand side of the page.
4. You will see under Monthly Usage on when the monthly limit resets.
