That looks great but I don't have that view when I click on form design - I only have layout setting showing. Do I need to upgrade?

No, you do not need to upgrade. This should be also available with the free subscription.

Please try to click on the Form Designer button, which is located at the top right corner. Then you can navigate throughout the settings.

What exactly are you unable to see? Can you please provide a screenshot, in order to illustrate?
