This doesn't work. It still shows the old form title in the browser tab.
Clearing cache doesn't help.
If I send it to someone, it shows the old title, even though they're visiting it for the first time -- so it's definitely stuck in the jotform database.

Hi Tom,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. It is very easy to change the Page Title on your form. When you change your Form Title, it'll automatically change as well. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, click on Form Title at the top middle of the page.
- Enter your new Page and Form Title for your form and that’s it. You’re done.
If it did not work, try these steps:
- In the Form Builder, go to Settings tab at the top.
- Click Show More Options button below.
- Scroll down to Page Title and enter your preferred title.
If you've already tried these steps and the title hasn't changed, share the link to your form, and I'll take a look and see what's going on. You can also try logging in using an incognito window or a different browser or device and attempt to change the page title of your form there. While you do this, I recommend recording the steps you take. If you're still encountering the same issue, you can upload the video to a public platform like Google Drive or Dropbox, or use Loom to record and share the link with us. This will help us better understand the issue.
Also, if needed, we can forward the video to our developer for further investigation.
Give it a try and reach out again if you have any other questions.
