Hi Support,
Some of the emails getting bounced back sent on jotform by our customers. After analyzing, it is found that one of your IP addresses 38.152.248.95 is blocked at Spamhaus, causing delivery failure. Please look into it and take the required action.
Thanks

Hi Virendra,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Can you share with us the email addresses that don't receive notification emails for us to check? Also, share with us the forms you're having trouble with as well. Since you mentioned that one of our IP addresses is blocked at Spamhaus, we recommend reaching out directly to your email service provider to request that Jotform’s IP addresses and domains be whitelisted in order to prevent further email delivery issues. We also have a guide about Whitelisting Jotform IP Addresses and Domains and How to Prevent Email Bouncing Related Issues that you can check out.
After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.

Hi Jeff,
I believe not only ours but all of your customers might be facing this issue, using jotforms platform and Microsoft as a service provider. MS is blocking your IP address referring Spamhaus to validate your IP address and finding out it is marked as blacklisted.
The emails sent to workhub domain through jotforms are getting bounced back to our customers.
I believe you as owner of IP address will have to submit a request to Spamhaus to whitelist it.
Refer screenshots.
Hope this clarifies, let me know if you still have any queries.
Thanks

Hi Virendra,
Upon reviewing the IP address you mentioned (38.152.248.95), we’ve confirmed that this IP is not part of Jotform’s official list of IP addresses used for email notifications. You can find the full list of Jotform’s whitelisted IP addresses on this link. It is possible that this IP address might be linked to a different email service provider or a third-party email relay service that is being used in your setup.
To ensure smooth email delivery, we recommend checking with your email service provider to confirm whether this IP is part of their infrastructure or if it belongs to a third-party service being used to relay emails. In case the IP is part of your email provider’s setup, they can submit a request to Spamhaus to remove it from the blacklist.
In the meantime, make sure that your email provider has whitelisted all of Jotform’s IP addresses to prevent any delivery issues with Jotform notifications.
We really appreciate your patience and understanding while we’re looking into this.

Hi Virendra,
The IP 38.152.248.0/24 is one of ours, but not 38.152.248.95. Also, our guide here has the complete list of Jotform's IP addresses and domain. If it's not listed in the guide, it's not ours.
Thanks for your patience and understanding, we appreciate it.
