Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Can you explain more about changing the email address of your email format? Are you referring to the sender email? If yes, then let me show you how to set up SMTP:
Uncheck Show “Powered by Jotform” on my forms from Jotform Branding.
After this, you can now add your new sender email and remove Jotform Branding from your Autoresponder Email. Let me show you how to customize your Autoresponder Email:
In Form Builder, click on Settings on the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
Select Emails from the left side window.
Click on the Pencil icon of your Autoresponder.
In the Email Content, you can edit and change your email format. a. Enter your preferred message. b. Remove the Jotform logo and branding by clicking on the Delete Column button.
To attach PDF submissions: a. Click on the Advanced tab. b. Toggle Attach PDF. c. Select the PDF that you want to attach. If you haven't created a PDF, select Default Document.
To change your sender email:
a. Still from the Advanced tab, scroll down your mouse to the bottom of the page and select the email address that you've set up from the Sender Email.
