Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support.  I noticed that you're currently logged in as a guest. If you could log in to your Jotform account using the email address going4education@hotmail.com, I can clone your forms, test them, and share the results with you.

In order for us to provide the custom CSS codes, we need to have access to your forms so that we can check the Unique ID. Even though we have the right codes, but it does not have the proper selector. the changes will not take effect.

Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.
