Which plan should I upgrade to use the application?

When do I need to upgrade the app - depending on the traffic on the app or how to decide then?

Can you explain a bit more so I can help you better? Are you referring to the Jotform App? If so, keep in mind that the Starter plan is basically a free trial that gives you access to most of the features that paid subscriptions have to offer. The main difference is the usage limits like form submissions, form views, upload space, and submission storage. You can use the Jotform App in the Starter plan or any of our paid plans. You can check out our pricing page to see more of our paid plans and its feature. Now, if you're interested in upgrading, let me show you how to upgrade:

1. On your My Forms page, click on Pricing in the blue navigation bar at the top of the page.

2. On the Pricing page, choose the plan you want to buy.

3. In the popup window, choose either a Monthly or Yearly payment schedule and either Credit/Debit Card or PayPal as the payment method. 

Here’s an example of the Bronze plan:

After you click on Continue, you'll need to enter your Credit/Debit Card details.

If you choose to use PayPal, you’ll get redirected to the PayPal payment page to complete the payment.
