Not receiving conditional emails.

Can you please specify which email is not being sent to the recipients and also share the submission ID of the form that didn't trigger the conditional emails?

I've gone ahead and cleared your form caches as an additional aid.

Now, coming back to your question, I checked your form#213332571626351, and I was not able to locate any File Upload Element on the form. Can you confirm which Excel file you are referring to? If you are facing the issue on a different form, can you share the form link with us so we can take a look? Here is how you can find the form link:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.
2. In the menu that opens on the left side of the page, click on Quick Share.
3. Click on Copy Link and share the link with us.

I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. I was able to receive uploaded files as attachment. Check out the screencast below to see my results:

I have cleared your form cache, which usually solves the issue. Can you try it again and see how it goes? If you run into the same issue again, let us know, and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on.
