Paypal and Credit Card Payment are only available on desktop

THis form (https://form.jotform.com/240335677141151) is only processing paypal or credit card payments if it is on desktop.

Can you verify if they have error when they are trying to send payment to your form? Can you also please try to clear your form cache and see how it goes?
