How do I set up the form so that I can pull the appointment date and time into separate columns in a table?

I would like to be able to create a check-in table that is printable from the table view within Jotform. Unfortunately, I have been unable to figure out how to separate the date and time to make that easy. We have multiple appointments on the same day. I would like to be able to create a table per day. Any suggestions?

    Thank you!

    Hi Kaci,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm afraid that there's no feature available to let us separate date and time of appointment slot. As a workaround, you can add a Date Picker and a Time field to your form. Then, add Update/Calculate Field condition. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
    2. Click on Conditions in the menu on the left side of the page.
    3. Select Update/Calculate Field.

    4. Set conditions just like what you see in the screenshots below:

    5. Click on Save, and you're done.
