How can I disable recatcha in my form?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. The one you are referring to is the Anti-Spam Captcha, this Captcha is automatically activated when a system detects unusual activity on the form from the exact IPs. If users are on a shared IP address, that is a possible reason for this to come up. Note that once we whitelist your account, the form can no longer show the Captcha if there's an actual spam attack.

Once we whitelist your account, the captcha feature will no longer appear for your form, even if multiple submissions are detected from the same IP address within a short timeframe. There’s no cost associated with this process, and the action will be completed on our end.
