How to add sender name in email notifications?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can enter your sender name in a Short Text widget and use it in your notification email settings. Let me show you how to do it:

First, let's add a field on your form where we can insert the sender name:

1. In Form Builder, click on Add Form Element on the upper left side of the page.

2. Drag and drop a Short Text widget on your form.

3. Click on the Gear icon of your Short Text widget.
4. Click on the Advanced tab.
5. In Default Value, enter your sender name.
6. Toggle on the switch for Hide Field.

Now, let's use that field as a sender name for your notification email:

1. Click on Settings in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen.
2. In the menu that opens on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
3. Click on the Pencil icon of your notification email.

4. Click on the Recipients tab.
5. In Sender Name, select your Short Text widget.
6. Click on Save.
