how can i add a qr code with the conformation email contains the name and job title from form


please help

1. In Form Builder, click on the Settings tab from the orange navigation bar.
2. Click Emails on the left menu.
3. Now, click on Autoresponder Email and then click on the Edit icon.

5. In the Source Code window, add the HTML code given below:

i used the code you send but i got 404 error

when scan the qr code

it working but still not what i want i want the content of the qr code to be the name and job title from the form not a link for the submission

Have you tried submitting the form and scanning the QR code using your email address? Keep in mind that if you try to scan your autoresponder email, it will return a 404 error because it has no submissions. I tested it on my end, and it appears to be working properly.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to display specific fields with a QR code. You can use the third-party app Quick Chart to create a QR code.

I'm afraid it is also not possible to add more than one field in the Dynamic QR code widget to be encoded. You can add another Dynamic QR code widget to encode a second field.
