How to Switch Your Stripe Integration to Live Mode in Your Form?

We have published payment forms connected to live mode to our Stripe account, but are ending up in test mode. Help!

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When I checked your forms, I noticed that the Stripe Payment integration in your form titled The Capriccios & Suites is currently set to Sandbox Mode. Let me show you how you can switch it to Live Mode:

1. In Form Builder, select your Product List and click on the Shopping Cart icon that comes up on the right side of the Product List.

2. In the Product List menu that comes up on the right, click on Settings.

3. Under the Product List Settings menu click on the Wand icon on the right side of the Stripe Checkout field.

4. Select Live Mode from the Dropdown menu under the Mode field.

After you switch to Live Mode, you'll need to connect your Stripe Account:

1. While still in the Stripe Checkout Integration menu, click on Connect at the top of the menu.

2. Enter your Stripe account credentials in the Connect Stripe window that pops up.

3. Then, click on Continue at the bottom right corner of the Stripe Checkout Integration menu.

I'm already in Live mode when I go to the product list. That Sandbox mode indication is new after I clicked continue recently.

OK. I think I know the issue. After you connect to live mode, if you don't click Continue, it won't save, EVEN THOUGH it will continue to be marked as in LIVE mode when you check the mode status later. I ended up switching back to Test mode, then to Live again remembering to click Continue. Btw, I think a better button name would be SAVE.

We are glad that you were able to set the Payment Integration with Stripe Checkout to Live now. And about your suggestion, I've gone ahead and escalated it to our Developers. While that isn’t currently available, rest assured we’re always working to add new services and features to Jotform. But, when or if it's implemented depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
