Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. It looks like you have reach Form View limit. A Form View is sometimes referred to as an impression. If you have a page on your website that gets 1,000 views per month, and you embed your form into that website, then each time someone loads your page, it will also load the form, which will be count as 1 Form View.

Your Form View will be recalculated every month, and you can check out for the exact date through your Usage's page.
