We need to create the following workflow on our Squarespace site...
- Customer fills form with their info
- Customer selects the product
- Customer provides payment info
- On 'Submit' payment is processed by Stripe AND all the form info is stored in a Google Sheets file
Our current process requires 2 steps:
Customer fills out all information except payment info and hits 'Submit'. This is stored in a Google Sheets file, then the customer has to fill out payment information and checkout. Because these are handled separately, the custmer may fill out the first part of the form, hit 'Submit' and then skip the payment process or vice versa. We need this to be seamless process with one submit handling bot tasks.
I have looked at several examples on your site but can't find one that matches our need. Please let me know if this is possible using jot forms.

Hi Glen,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. I was able to fill out the form, choose a product and pay for it, and then submit. At the same time, the details were passed to the Google Sheet integration I created. Check out the screencast below to see my results:
And below is a screenshot of the submission in Google Sheets:
Basically, the transition has been seamless because I was able to do as per your requirement, only that the product selection was made first before filling out the other fields because it was in the first part of the form.
To make sure we can help you better, can you explain a bit more about the issue, so I can get a better idea of what's happening? What specifically are you looking for that you said doesn't match with your needs? And how will this incorporate with Squarespace? Since Squarespace directly connects to Zapier first, can you share some examples on how this needs to work? It would help us to understand what’s happening if you could take a screenshot and send it to us. We have a guide here explaining how to do that.
After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.

Hi Glen,
Unfortunately, I couldn't see the screenshot you shared on my end, if that's what you want us to check. Also, I can see that you responded to us via email, which is the reason the screenshot or video recording didn't push through. You need to respond via this thread and upload the file from here for it to be sent properly. Can you try to send it again? We’ve got a guide here that’ll show you how to do that.
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.
