He was able to approve all forms till now of property tax now when he is clicking to approve he is getting ip address banned, please help on this.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. The error appears if the user's IP address is banned, which often occurs when an account is suspended and the associated IP address is banned. Could you please ask the user for their public IP address and provide us with their email address? They can get their public IP via this website.
After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.

Today some 3 approvers are getting this IP Adress banned. It is not accepted , please look in to it
