Imported Excel File: Ability to change the Data Type

Hi,

I've uploaded an Excel spreadsheet as a Jotform table. All the columns seem to be defined as basic text data, but I'm looking to edit them as phone numbers, dropdowns, etc. I cannot find how to edit the data types. I can see that it's possible when creating a new column, but not on the data uploaded.
