Is it possible to include medical and other forms that require e-signatures within the registration?

Do you want to link other forms with signature field to your Registration form? If yes, then let me walk you through this:

First, let's get the form URL of the form that you want to include into your Reg

istration form:

1. In Form Builder, click on Publish on the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
2. Select Quick Share from the left side window.
3. From Share With Link, click on the Copy Link button.

Now, let's go back to your Registration Form to add the iFrame Embed widget.

1. In Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element on the left side of the page.
2. From the Widgets tab, search for iFrame Embed.
3. Click on the Wand icon of the widget.
4. Paste the form URL that you've copied from the form that you want to link in your Registration form.
