Account Suspension: Fake Job Offer/Fake Service

    Please kindly reactivate my account. It has been suspended by your anti-phising detector. I didnt do anything wrong and now my business is pending because I cannot host a guest without completing the necessary security checks

    Hi AFEEZ,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Your account was suspended because you’ve got a form named AIRBNB Check-In Form that was flagged as offering a fake service/job application scam. We understand this might not be the case with your form, but we had to act according to the general rule to comply with our Terms of Use.

    For us to reactivate your account, we’ll need your permission to delete the offending form. You can create the form again after changing your account email address to a corporate email. 

    Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with this.

    I really didn’t know that was offending but you may go ahead and remove them then I can rectify the error and make another form.

    So I didn't advertise any fake job/offer. I solely created my form for the purpose of verifying guests identity before allowing them into our property. We have been experiencing thefts and robberies a lot in recent time. So that's what we are using the form for and not what you have suggested. I have attached screenshot of the communication with our guest and where i shared the form with them.

    If you believe that your account was suspended in error, we’ll need you to do the following:

    • Send us the URL where your form is used.
    • Send us a link to your website or proof of affiliation with a legitimate institution.
    • Change your registered email to a corporate one to avoid getting flagged again by our phishing detector.

    Send all of these to reviewers@jotform.com with Thread# 18736301 as the subject, and we’ll let you know the status of your account after we’ve done a thorough review of them.

    Well this your last message to the thread confirms to me that you dont even read our messages at all but perhaps just doing some copying and pasting tasks. I dont know what URL you want me to send to you when i showed you screenshot of my airbnb correspondence with the guest. I use the form for checking and verifying guests before giving them keys to our property or don't you know what airbnb mean?

    I checked your account and can see that it was already reactivated. You should be able to log in now. I would also suggest changing your account email address to a corporate one.
