Unable to access Jotform account of another employee.

    Good afternoon -

    Our previous Box Office Lead, Dennis Boles, has unfortunately passed away.

    I am the new Box Office Lead with the Frauenthal Center and need access to his account to make some changes.

    Please let me know how we can get this resolved.

    Hi Christine,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Understandably, we can’t provide another Jotform user’s personal information. You can check out this page for more information. Another way you can do is if you have access to the email address of Mr. Boles, you can send a reset password link to be able to log in to that account. Once you were able to update the password, you can now update the email address associated to the account. Let me show you how:

    1. In your Account Profile page, click on Edit on the right side of Email.Unable to access Jotform account of another employee Screenshot 30
    2. Enter the new email you wanted to use.
    3. Once done, click on Save.

    You can only update your account email address with an email address that is not yet associated with any Jotform Account. Also, if you don't have access or the email on file is already inactive, you may need to contact your IT Department to retrieve the revoked access of the old owner's email in your organization. We enforce the verification and security policy to prevent issues like this from happening in the first place.

    Lastly, another alternative is to clone the form instead, however, this will not include the submission data.
