Can't locate the form when cloning the Approval flow

Hello,

I am trying to use the same Approval Flow that was created for PM/APM Application - Fall 2024 and assign it to New Member Intake Application - Fall 2024. I tried to create a clone of the approval process and then add it to the latter form, however that form does not pop up when I try to search it in the clone approval flow form widget. I already purged the approval flow that was attached to the latter form, so I am stuck now and not sure how to resolve this. Please let me know.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I've cleared your form cache as a precaution. Can you try to clone the approval flow again? Let me walk you through it:

1. On My Forms page, click on the dropdown menu right beside the Jotform logo in the top-left corner, then choose My Approvals.
2. Select the flow that you would like to clone
3. Click on More and Clone.
4. Select the Clone approval flow option and click on Create Approval.

5. In Approval Flow Builder, click on the Form element to select the form.

6. On the next screen, select the form to assign it.

Can you try it again and see how it goes? If you run into the same issue again, please also try clearing your Browser Cache or use another browser to see if it makes any difference.
