Venmo error: Please select a product to purchase.

Hi! I’ve added Venmo as a payment option on one of my forms, but someone mentioned it's not working for them. Could you help me figure out how to get it up and running? Thanks!

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I tested your form, and I easily replicated the issue. If the user has not selected any product in the payment element and clicks on the PayPal checkout button, they will encounter this error. Check out the screencast below to see the result:

It appears that your form does not have any required elements. You should set some of your form elements and Venmo payment elements as required. Let me show you how to do it:

1. In Form Builder, select the Venmo payment element, and click on the Gear icon.

2. In the General tab, toggle the Required button to the ON position.

3. Similarly, you can make the other form elements required.
